Best mod I'v done, but - the tuners are hard to come by these days since H&S stopped producing them. Everyday normal driving will get you the same economy in any mode. There's NO difference in fuel economy whether you run it in tow/ street/ stock or performance, unless you hammer it. Just did my 2013 Denali - and it woke up big time! I'm running the performance tune ( +150 RWHP) and the truck is mighty fast! It's still not as quick off the line as my 2500 with the Banks IQ, but mileage went from 13.5 to 16.5 and when you stomp on it, it goes like a bat outta hell.not what anyone would expect from an 8500lb Dually! I also pull a 32' fifth wheel and 20' boat behind that alot during the summer, how is the tuner for this? were pulling about 18,000lbs Id just like to hear some testimonials from some of you fellas who have done this mod and how you like it, improvements youve seen? problems? Literally just want to run it on the lower economy or towing tunes. The only part that worries me is of course ruining somthing on the truck due to all these changes. Honestly all both of us want is to get rid of def completley, have a decent sounding/better LOOKING exhaust system, and the monitoring capabilities is just a bonus of the mini maxx. ![]() BUT it sounds like our dealer is going to still fullfill any warrenty provided were not driving around destroying the trucks with the tuner. Father inlaw owns a heavy construction company and has 3 new LML denali duallys for his business ( i also have a denali dually) and he literally got to the point where he was going to give all them back due to issues with def/exhaust systems etc. Hey guys just have a few questions for you. ![]()
